Private Parties

According to the Membership Handbook, members may bring up to eight guests at any time. However, members may have occasional parties involving more than eight guests, subject to approval of the Pool Manager and following the process below:

  1. Check with Pool Manager for availability of desired date and time. Please make this contact at least one week in advance.
  2. Complete and submit the Party Request Form below. (You must be logged in to access the form on this page.)
  3. The Pool Manager will email to confirm your party date. Please have a guest list ready on the day of the party.
